Job summary

Linkforce is seeking Project Coordinators – SMP for a hybrid role based from our Pert CBD Head Office with on-site work. In this permanent full-time position, you will lead a team to deliver key project outcomes across multiple packages, ensuring safety, quality and timelines are met.

The successful candidate will have a relevant trade or engineering qualification and at least 5 years in a senior coordination role, with CMS experience and a willingness to travel as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a management, coordination or senior supervisory position.
• Strong technical knowledge of fixed plant mining and other industrial construction projects.
• Experience completing CMS (Contract Management System) documentation for on-site personnel and equipment.
• Experience in a multidisciplinary (Civil, SMP and E&I) project environment.
• Ability to manage and execute end-to-end deliverables on multiple projects.
• Flexible and able to work away as required.
• Current Australian Drivers Licence.

Responsibilities

• Leading a team of trade and non-trade personnel to achieve key project deliverables.
• Conducting risk assessments prior to mobilisation and ensuring controls, tools and resources are available.
• Consolidation of project tracking against project schedule and budgets.
• Reviewing completed site quality documentation and compiling close-out documentation for the client.
• Monitoring procurement to ensure crews have plant, equipment and materials as required from start.
• Capturing all variations and project claims.
• Guiding and mentoring project leadership in technical and construction practices.
• Estimating and managing minor projects or SMP scope on major projects.
