Job summary

Smokemart & Gift Box is seeking Sales Assistants for the holiday period across our stores. Join a loud, proud team and help move more gifts than the North Pole.

You must be over 18, available Nov 2026–Jan 2027 (incl. public holidays and late-night trade), be rostered 7 days a week (weekends essential), have a Police Check, and enjoy engaging with customers.

Qualifications

• Must be over 18 years old.
• Available November 2026 – January 2027 (incl. Public Holidays & late-night trade).
• Rostered across 7 days a week, weekends required.
• Valid Police Check Report is required to commence.
• Ability to be on your feet interacting with customers and handling GiftBox displays.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and provide friendly service.
• Assist in moving and displaying products during peak season.
• Support the team with stock checks and tills during busy periods.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative store environment.

It’s that wonderful time of the year - the season of giving and receiving gifts. Come spend your holiday season with the loudest and proudest teams in town - Smokemart and GiftBox!

We are looking for Sales Assistants across our 250+ National Store network who love being hands on and engaging with people, to move more gifts than the North Pole ever could!

This is the perfect opportunity for someone looking to get their entry into Retail, fill their time (and bank balance!) over Uni break, or simply build their personal and professional skill set.
