Job summary

Smokemart & GiftBox is seeking a Sales Assistant to deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming shopping experience in our Penrith NSW store.

You will handle sales, learn product knowledge across all pillars, maintain store standards, and support stock control while working toward budgets and KPIs in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Provide high levels of customer service and build rapport with customers.
• Demonstrate sound cash handling and eftpos skills.
• Maintain solid product knowledge across all pillars of the business.
• Maintain store standards, assist with merchandising and presentation.
• Work towards budgets, targets and KPIs.
• Assist with stock control and quality management.
• Follow national legislation, WHS and security guidelines.
• Police Check Report is required if successful in interview.
