Job summary

Smokemart & GiftBox is recruiting a Sales Assistant to deliver friendly, proactive service in our Baldivis store. You will engage customers, handle cash and Eftpos, maintain product knowledge, and contribute to store standards and presentation.

Join a busy, target-driven team where enthusiasm and a smile go a long way. Experience in retail is preferred, and you’ll be part of an organisation valuing customer-centric service and compliance with WHS and security guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail customer service.
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately.

• Ability to help maintain shop presentation and stock levels.

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have a customer first mentality with a strong passion for creating a fun, authentic shopping experience. We are looking for a team member who thrives in a busy sale driven environment, whilst having a laugh (and the occasional dance-off!) with each customer that walks through our doors.

Your Role
