Job summary

Property Compliance Australia (PCA) in Cairns is seeking a field technician to join our local team. You will visit residential properties to test smoke alarms and help keep homes safe. We provide a fully equipped work vehicle and tools, comprehensive training, and ongoing support.

You’ll work independently with scheduled jobs and deliver exceptional service to property managers and tenants. Based in Cairns and surrounding suburbs, you should be friendly, good with people, and able to use modern

• Friendly, approachable personality with good communication skills.
• Ability to use modern technology (we’ll teach you the rest).
• Confidence to climb ladders safely during daily checks.
• Ability to work independently while support is just a call away.
• Previous experience in a technical or customer service role is helpful but not essential.
