Job summary

Citation Group is seeking a growth marketer to own SMB demand generation and drive cross-channel campaigns. You will manage PPC across Google, Meta and LinkedIn, and optimize CRM nurture with tools like HubSpot or Pardot. You’ll partner with Sales, Product and Customer teams to sharpen messaging and conversion.

The role is based in North Sydney with a 2–3 day on-site requirement and a strong emphasis on measurable ROI and market growth in Australia.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in growth marketing for SMBs or high-velocity sales.
• Hands-on paid media across Google, Meta and LinkedIn with ability to diagnose performance.

Responsibilities

• Own the SMB budget and how we segment, prioritise and reach SMB customers across all brands.
• Translate the broader GTM strategy into an actionable growth plan.
• Run the always-on SMB acquisition engine across PPC, paid social, organic/SEO and CRM nurture.
• Lead integrated SMB campaigns from customer insight to activation, briefing internal creative and agency partners and running a weekly test-and-learn rhythm.
• Turn product messaging into persona-level propositions from ad to landing page to sales conversation.
• Translate our brand, product and services into compelling messaging.
