Job summary

IVE Group in Sydney is seeking an experienced operator for small format digital presses. You will set up, run and monitor jobs, perform quality checks and maintain a clean, safe work area while supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Strong attention to detail and teamwork are essential to meet customer specs in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The role is permanent, full-time, based in Sydney NSW, with opportunities to grow within a large national production network.

Job Description

Operate and maintain small format digital presses.

• Set up, run and monitor print jobs to production schedules.
• Operate finishing equipment safely and accurately.
• Perform quality checks to ensure work meets customer specifications.
• Complete routine machine maintenance and report faults.
• Comply with all Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) policies, procedures and safety requirements.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised work area.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and team performance.
