Job summary

Nowa Power Products in Bundaberg East, QLD is seeking a qualified Small Engine Mechanic to join our workshop team. You will service, diagnose and repair a wide range of outdoor power equipment including mowers and other small-engine machinery.

The role requires a trade qualification in small-engine or outdoor power equipment mechanics, strong diagnostic and repair skills, petrol engine experience, and the ability to work independently as well as in a team. A customer-service focus is essential.

Nowa Power Products is looking for a qualified Small Engine Mechanic to join our workshop team.

As Bundaberg's largest power products shop and a commercial equipment dealer, we support leading brands including Toro, Greenworks and Cub Cadet. Our customers range from homeowners to commercial operators who rely on their equipment every day.

About the role

You'll service, diagnose and repair a wide range of outdoor power equipment, including commercial and domestic mowers, ride-on and zero-turn mowers, and other small-engine machinery.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Carrying out servicing, fault diagnosis and repairs.
• Completing pre-delivery inspections and preparing new equipment.
• Identifying and communicating parts requirements accurately.
• Recording work completed, labour time and repair findings.
• Working with our parts and sales teams to keep jobs moving.
