Thump Architectural Fittings is seeking skilled site installers to join our on-site teams. We work with stainless steel, aluminium, mild steel, brass, timber, glass and more; drawings are detailed, support is strong from in-house drafts, and the workshop team provides back-up.

The role involves diverse and exciting projects from balustrades to architectural elements, with a supportive culture and long pipelines of work.

Formación

• Experience in onsite installation of products/ fittings/components.
• Pride and Craftsmanship.
• Manual Drivers Licence.
• Blue or White Card.
• Physically fit.
• Favourable: Installation of balustrading or other building systems.
• Favourable: Welding.
• Favourable: Workshop fabrication.
• Favourable:Glass Handling and Installation.

Responsabilidades

• Onsite installation of balustrading, screens and related fittings/components.
• Interpret detailed drawings and coordinate with draftsman and workshop teams.
• Maintain safe work practices and use of site equipment.
• Ensure high quality craftsmanship and accurate installations.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate progress.

Skilled Metal Work Site Installers wanted!

We are a company that appreciates and respects their team members, with a very low staff turnover and supportive culture.

We have a very long range pipeline of contracted work and require skilled installers and leading hands able to join our site based teams. Our site installers are well supported - our draftsman are in house and come from installation jobs, the drawings are detailed and accurate and the workshop team is well organised, extremely accurate and dedicated to providing back up for the site teams.

Balustrade and screens forms the majority of our business, however, we build some incredibly diverse and complicated structures and assemblies from sculptures to facade elements to architectural staircases and building components. These are exciting and can be incredibly rewarding.

We work with stainless steel, aluminium, mild steel, brass, fine timberwork, glass etc etc etc! Experience in all of these aspects is not essential.

This job is diverse, and not boring.

Must have a valid C class drivers license
