Job summary
Local Workforce Hire is seeking a Skilled Labourer for immediate start across a variety of sites in the region. Earn $35.11 per hour + super and a daily travel allowance, with weekly pay and ongoing casual assignments. Permanent pathways may follow successful placements.
Ideal candidates have 12 months' general labour or Trade Assistant experience, a Construction White Card, a valid driver licence, and the ability to perform physically demanding work. PPE provided by you but required on site.
Qualifications
- 12 months' experience in general labouring or as a Trade Assistant
- Construction White Card
- A current Driver Licence and reliable transport (highly preferred)
- Ability to perform physically demanding work
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Reliability and punctuality
Responsibilities
- Assist on-site across multiple trades and tasks
- Support qualified tradespeople with daily duties
- Site preparation, material handling and clean-up
- Operate basic tools and equipment as directed
- Adhere to safety rules and PPE requirements
- Maintain a reliable, punctual presence on location
