Job summary

Local Workforce Hire is seeking a skilled General Labourer/Trade Assistant for ongoing casual assignments with immediate start in Australia. You will work across diverse sites, assist trades, perform site prep, material handling and general duties to support safe, efficient operations.

Applicants should have at least 12 months of labouring experience, a Construction White Card, a valid driver licence and reliable transport. PPE is essential and strong work ethic is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months' experience in general labouring or as a trade assistant.
• Construction White Card is required.
• A current driver licence and reliable transport are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist across commercial and residential landscaping, construction and warehouse tasks.
• Perform site preparation, material handling and general labouring duties.
• Support qualified tradespeople and help with shopfitting, demolition and cleaning tasks.
