Mt William Advanced Tree Nursery is seeking a Site Supervisor/Field Team Leader to coordinate daily nursery operations and lead a production team in Lancefield, VIC. The role focuses on producing and dispatching high-quality tree stock that meets Mt William standards.

You will plan potting, pruning and maintenance programs, monitor plant health and stock quality, and manage inventory and resources while supporting continuous improvement and safety across the site.

Site Supervisor/Field Team Leader - Production Nursery

The Nursery Team Leader plays a critical leadership role in coordinating daily nursery operations, leading and developing the nursery team, and ensuring the production, maintenance and dispatch of high-quality tree stock that meets the standards of Mt William Advanced Tree Nursery. The role is responsible for planning and prioritising work activities, supervising staff, maintaining plant health and production quality, managing inventory and resources, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, develop and coordinate the nursery production team to achieve operational objectives and maintain a positive workplace culture
• Allocate staff and resources to daily and weekly priorities
