Job summary

Auscoast Builders is seeking a Site Supervisor for the Sunshine Coast region, including Maryborough and Hervey Bay, with required travel. You will oversee large loss insurance repairs for storm-damaged metal roofs and lead a team to deliver quality outcomes on time.

Responsibilities include supervising multiple projects, coordinating trades, reporting property damage, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising multiple projects with exceptional customer service.
• QBCC Supervisors License (or ability to obtain).
• Trade qualification.
• Team player and company focused.
• High standard of quality and safety practices.

We are seeking a full-time Site Supervisor to provide coverage across the Sunshine Coast region, with the ability to travel as required throughout Maryborough, Hervey Bay, and surrounding areas.

You will be responsible for managing large loss insurance repairs predominantly focusing on storm damage to metal roofs.
