Core Lithium has now reached Final Investment Decision (FID), marking the official restart of the Finniss Lithium Operation and the next phase of growth. As we power back into production, this is an opportunity to be part of recharging a critical operation at the centre of the global battery supply chain.
Our preference is to build a long-term, Darwin-based workforce, offering residential drive-in, drive-out roles that allow you to be home every night.
We are seeking Site Water Management Technicians to support the operation and maintenance of water infrastructure across our site.
Reporting to the Mine Services Superintendent, these roles will be responsible for managing borefields, dewatering systems, and site water infrastructure, ensuring reliable supply and effective water management to support mining and processing activities.
These roles are critical in supporting the safe and efficient operation of our site during restart and ongoing production.
These positions are offered on a Darwin-based residential 7:7 roster, providing a strong work-life balance with the opportunity to be home every night.

Core Lithium is an ASX-listed resources company focused on the restart of the Finniss Operation near Darwin in the Northern Territory. With open pit mining at the Grants deposit targeted to recommence in May 2026, feeding the site’s existing lithium processing plant, and underground development at BP33 planned later in the year, the operation is entering an important new phase of production.
As part of this restart, Core Lithium is undertaking a significant recruitment campaign to rebuild the operational workforce across mining and processing. We are seeking expressions of interest from individuals who are Darwin-based or interested in relocating to the Northern Territory to join the operation on a residential drive-in/drive-out rosters, with relocation assistance available for suitable candidates.
