Job summary

Core Lithium is recruiting Site Water Management Technicians to support the Finniss Lithium Operation, 88 km south of Darwin near Berry Springs. Roles involve managing borefields, dewatering systems, and site water infrastructure to ensure reliable water supply for mining and processing.

Core Lithium has now reached Final Investment Decision (FID), marking the official restart of the Finniss Lithium Operation and the next phase of growth. As we power back into production, this is an opportunity to be part of recharging a critical operation at the centre of the global battery supply chain.

Our preference is to build a long-term, Darwin-based workforce, offering residential drive-in, drive-out roles that allow you to be home every night.

About the Opportunities

We are seeking Site Water Management Technicians to support the operation and maintenance of water infrastructure across our site.

Reporting to the Mine Services Superintendent, these roles will be responsible for managing borefields, dewatering systems, and site water infrastructure, ensuring reliable supply and effective water management to support mining and processing activities.

These roles are critical in supporting the safe and efficient operation of our site during restart and ongoing production.

These positions are offered on a Darwin-based residential 7:7 roster, providing a strong work-life balance with the opportunity to be home every night.

Key Responsibilities

About You

You are a hands-on technician with experience in water management, pumping systems, or site services infrastructure.

You will bring:

• Experience in water management, dewatering, or similar field-based roles
• Exposure to mining, construction, or industrial environments (preferred)
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment
• Strong safety focus and ability to work in remote environments
• Ability to work within a team and follow operational procedures
• Relevant high-risk tickets (e.g. forklift) highly regarded
• Valid Australian driver’s licence

About Core Lithium

Core Lithium is an ASX-listed resources company focused on the restart of the Finniss Operation near Darwin in the Northern Territory. With open pit mining at the Grants deposit targeted to recommence in May 2026, feeding the site’s existing lithium processing plant, and underground development at BP33 planned later in the year, the operation is entering an important new phase of production.

As part of this restart, Core Lithium is undertaking a significant recruitment campaign to rebuild the operational workforce across mining and processing.
