About the role

We are seeking an Operational Product Specialist – SiteServices to take ownership of the performance, compliance, and operational delivery of our site services and portable buildings portfolio within the state. Working closely with branches, product, and business development teams, you will support customers while driving utilisation, growth, and commercial outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise the performance of the Site Services product portfolio, including revenue, utilisation, and ROI.
• Execute site services product strategy in line with national direction.
• Provide specialist advice and operational support to branches and customers.
• Support CAPEX planning, equipment lifecycle decisions, and portfolio optimisation.
• Drive correct use and awareness of site services products across the branch network.
• Partner with Product Managers, Area Managers, and Business Development teams to support customer solutions and growth.
• Apply and maintain knowledge of relevant compliance requirements for site services and portable/modular buildings, including NCC and BCA, or demonstrate a willingness to develop this knowledge.
• Ensure site services solutions meet applicable regulatory, safety, and structural requirements.
• Coordinate inspections, certifications, and compliance documentation with customers, certifiers, and consultants.

About you

This is a hands‑on specialist role with real ownership and influence, working across operations, product, and customer teams to deliver compliant, practical, and commercially sound site services solutions.

• Experience managing products, assets, or services in a construction, hire, infrastructure, or site‑based environment.
• Exposure to site services, portable or modular buildings, and relevant NCC/BCA or Australian Standards.
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to balance compliance, customer needs, and performance.
• Ability to interpret technical requirements and apply them in operational settings.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills.
• Current and valid driver’s licence.
