Holcim Australia and New Zealand is seeking a Production Supervisor for the Merotherie DIDO project. This fixed-term role up to 30 June 2027 leads site production, guides teams and drives safety and quality on a 2:1 roster.

You’ll enable efficient operations and provide coaching across the site. The ideal candidate has manufacturing or concrete industry experience, proven supervisory skills, and a strong commitment to safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, concrete/precast or civil construction industries.
• Proven supervisor or team-lead experience with ability to motivate diverse teams.
• Strong focus on safety and safe working practices.
• Excellent planning, organization and time-management skills.
• Effective communication with production managers, HR and other stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Plan, coordinate and allocate daily production tasks across site teams.
• Lead safety practices and maintain safe systems of work.
• Mentor and coach on-floor staff to build capability and morale.
• Oversee site assets, raw materials and moulds for optimal resource use.
• Record production outputs, downtime and reworks for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Production Managers, HR and external stakeholders.
