Adbri Limited is seeking a Plant Manager to lead the Townsville site, overseeing an operational plant, production facilities, logistics and maintenance. You will set and achieve an operating plan, focusing on safe, reliable and cost-effective operations.

You will drive continuous improvement, manage costs and ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental standards while leading a high-performing team.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in heavy industry processing.
• Proven ability to lead and manage teams.
• Strong decision making and communication skills.
• Experience implementing SWMS, SOPs and JHAs.
• Ability to drive cost-effective, safe operations.

Aufgaben

• Lead and manage Townsville site operations including plant and facilities.
• Collaborate with Performance Improvement to sample and test products safely.
• Maintain stock and ensure product quality meets specifications.
• Oversee equipment operation and ensure compliance with procedures.
• Monitor assets for cost efficiency and reliability.
• Maintain health, safety and environmental documentation.
• Develop and implement continuous improvement strategies.
