Job summary

Linktal Recruitment partners with a well-established remedial construction company to hire an experienced Site Manager/Foreman for their Brisbane project portfolio.

You will oversee remedial building projects from start to finish, coordinating trades and day-to-day site operations while ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery. Liaising with clients, engineers and suppliers will be a key facet of the role.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' experience in Site Manager/Foreperson/Supervisory role in remedial construction.
• Strong understanding of remedial methods, façade remediation, waterproofing, and repairs.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification required.
• Valid Driver's Licence.

I'm partnering with a well-established remedial construction company with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality building repair, restoration, and remediation projects across South East Queensland. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Site Manager/Foreman to join their team in Brisbane.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage remedial building projects from commencement through to completion
• Coordinate trades, subcontractors, and day-to-day site operations
• Identify and resolve construction issues, defects, and site challenges
• Liaise with clients, consultants, engineers, suppliers, and key stakeholders
• Coordinate site logistics, materials, equipment, and resource allocation

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a Site Manager, Foreperson, or Supervisory role within remedial construction
• Strong understanding of remedial building methods, façade remediation, waterproofing, structural repairs, and building restoration projects.
• Relevant trade qualification (eg: carpentry) or construction-related background
• Current CPR and First Aid Certificate
• Current Driver's Licence
