Job summary

OCC Services is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join the delivery team on a landmark high-rise development on the Gold Coast. You will take ownership of the site, drive safety, programme delivery, subcontractor management and quality outcomes from commencement through to completion.

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will lead site operations, coordinate activities, manage subcontractor performance and ensure milestones are achieved while maintaining high safety and quality standards

Qualifications

• Australian experience essential
• Local subcontractor knowledge preferred
• Proven experience as a Site Manager on large commercial projects
