Job summary

Job description
In this role, you’ll :

You will be a proactive Site Manager / Construction Manager, working as part of a team delivering key civil projects, you will be a true leader, running construction sites in high-risk environments with a strong focus on Safety and Safety‑related process and documentation.

This role will see you work on a variety of projects, from earthworks, to bridges, drainage, stormwater, culvert installation works, associated services and much more.

You will lead the way for the team on the ground to ensure safety for your teams whilst simultaneously getting the project complete to scope and on time.

This is a temporary full‑time role for 12 months with a strong site presence required.

About you

Your previous experience in a similar role will see you interface with internal and external teams, leading your team and managing risks in a high‑risk environment.

You will have knowledge of plant equipment, ability to read and interpret complex drawings and have a keen eye for safety‑focused delivery.

Your knowledge and experience will combine well with your strong communication skills, team leadership skills, process management skills, and overall ability to drive a successful project outcome from site.

Ideally, you will possess qualifications in Safety / WHS and Civil Construction, but skills and experience will matter most.
