We’ve partnered exclusively with one of Sydney’s most established and high‑performing Tier 2 Property Development groups to find an exceptional old‑school Site Manager who knows their way around a high‑density residential tower construction site and a set of drawings.

In this rare opportunity, you’ll work directly with the CEO / Director, who has built the business from the ground up, as well as their long‑standing Group Construction Manager. That means no red tape, no layers of management to navigate—just straight‑up impact, real influence, and the chance to make your mark on these large‑scale, high‑profile residential projects. This role will be ready for you to start mid‑January 2026.
