Qualifications

• Experience managing a team in a commercial environment.
• Tertiary qualifications preferred – Construction Management, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, or trade qualifications are desirable.
• Elevator industry experience preferred.
• Experience managing site-level projects in a commercial environment.
• Ability to engage stakeholders and facilitate training.
• Proven ability to win with customers.
• Resilient and outgoing, customer-centric personality.

This person will administer and control projects across QLD and surrounding regions, using their ability to manage people and resources, engage proactively with customers, and motivate and inspire their team.
