Job summary

PSI is seeking an administrative support specialist to back clinical research projects from our Sydney hybrid office. You will streamline communications, maintain databases and manage documents for international sites in a fast-paced global CRO setting.

The role requires a degree in Life Sciences and prior clinical research/ CRO experience, with strong organizational, detail‑oriented, and customer-friendly skills to liaise with vendors and internal teams.

Qualifications

• College/University Degree in Life Sciences.
• Prior administrative experience in Clinical Research / CRO environment, preferably international.
• Strong organizational and planning skills, problem solving and flexibility.
• Detail-oriented, able to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented with excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance of databases and tracking systems.
• Primary sites’ contact point for vendors, study supplies, and access management.
• Handle large volumes of documents, including compiling, procurement, processing and filing.
• Communicate with company departments and external parties.
• Act as communication point for investigative sites participating in clinical research projects.
• Coordinate site-specific query resolution and project training; handle vendor systems access for site teams.
• Ensure proper administration of sites and vendor payments.
• Receive and route all mails and incoming calls.
• Assist with meeting arrangements.
• Prepare draft agendas and minutes of project meetings.

Education

College/University Degree (Life Sciences)

Job Description

Join our international team and be the key support to clinical research projects, streamlining communication, maintaining systems and managing documents & information.

Office location is at Macquarie Park, Sydney (Hybrid)
