Job summary
Local Workforce Hire is actively seeking a Gardening Assistant to support diverse projects in landscaping, construction and industrial settings. You will work with skilled teams, perform general labouring duties and assist tradespeople on various sites.
The role offers regular casual assignments with weekly pay, a daily travel allowance, and 11.5% superannuation. Immediate start for reliable, hardworking individuals with a valid White Card and licence.
Qualifications
- Minimum 12 months' experience in general labouring or as a Trade Assistant
- Construction White Card
- A current Driver Licence and reliable transport (highly preferred)
- Ability to perform physically demanding work
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Reliability and punctuality
Responsibilities
- Work across multiple industries including landscaping, construction, warehousing, shopfitting, and more
- Assist qualified tradespeople and perform general labouring duties
- Site preparation, material handling, digging, lifting, packing and assembling
- Container unloading, site clean-ups and final cleaning tasks
