Job summary

Purina is seeking a Site Engineering Services Manager at the Blayney Factory to lead planning, scheduling, reliability, and stores functions. You will influence engineering strategy, drive improvements, and develop capability to ensure sustainable asset performance.

You will oversee maintenance budgets, contracts, and a cross-functional team, delivering reliable factory performance and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or advanced trade qualifications.
• Experience leading engineering and maintenance teams in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance systems, reliability and asset management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Site Engineering Services team (planners, schedulers, technicians).
• Drive maintenance excellence through preventive and predictive strategies.
• Manage budgets and external service providers while maintaining asset integrity.
• Champion safety, quality and continuous improvement across the site.
