Job summary

Ivory Group in Sydney’s western suburbs is seeking a Site Engineer to support the delivery team on landmark civil projects across the Sydney metro. You will work closely with senior team members to develop technical capability and gain exposure to high-profile works.

Reporting to the Project Engineer and Foreman, you will organize project documentation, coordinate site activities, assist with costing, manage subcontractors, and prepare variations while building your technical capability on

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Demonstrated roadworks experience is essential.
• Experience delivering projects of similar scale and value.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented approach with career progression drive.

ABOUT THE POSITION.

As a Site Engineer, you will be reporting directly to the Project Engineer. You will play a key role in supporting the delivery team and taking ownership of the administrative and technical functions that keep a project moving. This is a hands on opportunity to work alongside experienced seniors, build your technical capability and gain exposure to high profile works. All projects are based within Sydney metro, so there is no relocation or regional travel involved.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.

• A Bachelor of Civil Engineering or similar qualification
• Demonstrated roadworks experience (essential)
• Experience delivering projects of a comparable scale and value
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
