Job summary

Wamarra is seeking a Site Engineer to support on-site delivery, ensuring works meet design, safety and quality standards.

You will plan, coordinate and monitor activities across multiple project sites in VIC and NSW, coordinating subcontractors, plant and materials, and contributing to QA and ITPs with a proactive, hands-on approach.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• Experience in civil construction (Site Engineer or similar role).
• Ability to read plans, manage QA, and support site coordination.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proactive, hands-on approach with a strong work ethic.
• Current driver's licence.
• Willingness to travel and work regionally across VIC and NSW is essential.

The role:

As a Site Engineer, you'll play a key role in supporting project delivery on site, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to specification.

This position requires flexibility and a willingness to work across both VIC and NSW, including regional locations.
