Job summary

Abergeldie is seeking a Site Engineer to join our civil infrastructure team delivering a major water/utility project in the Wentworth NSW / Mildura VIC region. You will support site-based engineering activities, coordinate subcontractors and manage quality documentation to keep works on schedule and compliant with standards.

Ideal candidates hold a degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering, have site engineering experience on bulk water or water infrastructure projects, and demonstrate strong

• Experience as a Site Engineer in civil, bulk water/water infrastructure projects.
• Understanding of construction methodologies and quality requirements.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors and site activities.
• Ability to interpret drawings, specifications and technical documentation.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Proactive problem solving and commitment to safety.

About The Opportunity

We are seeking a Site Engineer to join our team delivering a major civil, bulk water/water infrastructure project in the Wentworth NSW / Mildura VIC region. Working closely with project and construction teams, you will support the delivery of site-based engineering activities, coordinating subcontractors, managing quality documentation, planning works, monitoring progress and ensuring construction activities are delivered safely and efficiently. This role offers the opportunity to work on a significant regional infrastructure project while developing your career within a collaborative and high-performing team. We also encourage applications from candidates based in Mildura, Wentworth and surrounding regional communities.

What You'll Bring To The Team

• A degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
• Previous experience as a Site Engineer within civil, bulk water/water infrastructure projects.
