BMD Group in Brisbane is seeking a Site Engineer to join our high calibre team. You will draw on your site and engineering experience to work closely with site supervisors, provide engineering and technical support, and collaborate with subcontractors to ensure the timely delivery of activities.

This role requires a tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering and strong verbal and written communication. You will uphold health, safety, environmental and quality outcomes, pursue value-for-money

About the role

We are looking for a Site Engineer to join our high calibre team, based in Brisbane. You will draw on your demonstrated site and engineering experience, to:

• Work closely with site supervisors to provide engineering and technical support
• Collaborate with subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of activities
• Provide innovative solutions to complex challenges and strive towards safety, environmental, specification, design and contractual requirements
• Manage the quality assurance of works and oversee procurement requirements.

About you

• Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering
• High level verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent attitude towards health, safety, environmental and quality outcomes, embedding this commitment in everything you do
• Motivation to achieve value-for-money results
• Experience with reputable local contractors working on civil construction projects ranging in value.
