Job summary

Viva Energy invites applications for a Site Coordinator at the Mackayfuel terminal in Queensland. This full-time role reports to the Regional Operations Manager and leads a two-person team to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient terminal operations.

You will thrive in hands-on leadership, drive operational excellence, and manage shipments with a focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement. Role requires Monday to Friday work with occasional extra hours for shipments in evenings,

We're excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Site Coordinator to join our Queensland terminal operations team at our Mackayfuel facility.

Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager, you will lead a small team of two and be responsible for delivering safe, compliant, and efficient terminal operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on leadership position and is passionate about operational excellence and continuous improvement.

This role is a full-time role with working days being Monday to Friday with some additional hours required outside of this when shipments come in on evenings, weekends or public holidays.
