Job summary

PEP Construction Management (PCM) is seeking a detail‑oriented Quality, Completions & Commissioning professional to coordinate QA, completions and handover activities on major energy infrastructure projects at site.

Reporting to the Quality and Completions Lead, you will administer completions systems, manage ITPs/ITRs/NCRs, coordinate inspections, support readiness reviews and compile handover documentation to ensure a smooth transition from construction to client handover.

Qualifications

• Qualification in Engineering, Quality or a related technical discipline.
• Experience in quality, commissioning, completions or construction delivery environments.
• Prior exposure to HUB2 software is highly regarded.
• Understanding of mechanical completion, commissioning and handover processes.
• Experience with ITPs, ITRs, NCRs and quality documentation systems.
• Strong organisational and record-keeping skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination capabilities.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Administer project completions management systems, including ITRs, check sheets and punch lists.
• Coordinate system and subsystem boundaries with engineering and commissioning teams.
• Track progress through mechanical completion, pre-commissioning and commissioning phases.
• Managing end-to-end project completions and quality assurance using HUB2
• Support preparation and maintenance of Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs).
• Coordinate inspections, testing activities and client witness points.
• Maintain traceable quality and completions records throughout the project.
• Compile MDRs, test packs and handover documentation.
• Raise and manage NCRs and corrective actions through to close out.
• Support subcontractor and supplier quality reviews and documentation requirements.
• Coordinate project walkdowns and support readiness reviews.
• Assist with preparation of handover and as-built documentation packages.
