About The Opportunity

ACCIONA has been awarded the contract to deliver the NAVFAC maintenance facility, as such we are looking to appoint a new administrator. This position is responsible for providing administration assistance to the project and team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Comply with ACCIONA systems, standards, and Health & Safety legislation.
  • Maintain and provide access to relevant standards, policies, and guidelines.
  • Ensure all correspondence meets ACCIONA and project procedures.
  • Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, notices, and minutes as required.
  • Support the Commercial Team with contract administration.
  • Handle information securely and maintain confidentiality.
  • Coordinate with other admin staff to uphold project administration standards.
  • Assist site staff with presentations and document formatting.
  • Liaise with IT for site-related issues.
  • Gather data for reports and manage monthly reporting as needed.
  • Prepare reports and documentation as directed.
  • Plan and schedule work to meet deadlines.
  • Communicate effectively with project teams, visitors, and external stakeholders.
Skills and Capabilities we are seeking
  • Relevant qualifications, certifications or 2 years related experience.
  • Experience with MS Office suite of applications in particular Word and Excel.
  • Excellent and clear communication — verbal and written.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Must be customer-focused, team-oriented, accountable, and results-driven.
  • Strong administrative and time management skills.
  • Ability and willingness to adapt, quickly learn, and use new skills.
