The Role

We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic team member to assist in both the manufacture and installation of signage. While a signwriting qualification is not required, you must have proven experience using power tools and be comfortable working on a variety of signage projects. Some installations will require overnight travel, so flexibility is important.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting with the manufacture and installation of signage products
• Safely and effectively using hand and power tools (e.g. drills, saws, grinders)
• On-site problem‑solving to ensure smooth and successful installations
• Collaborating with the team to deliver projects to a high standard and on schedule
• Travelling overnight when required for certain installation projects
• Hands‑on experience with power tools and workshop equipment
• Strong problem‑solving skills and initiative
• Highly motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to travel and stay overnight when necessary

Desirable (but not essential)

• EWP (Elevated Work Platform) ticket – or a willingness to obtain one
• Experience working with 12‑volt electrical components and LED lighting
