Job summary

Accenture Canberra is seeking an experienced SIEM Engineer to provide technical leadership and delivery accountability across enterprise SIEM, SOAR, log aggregation, threat detection, and monitoring capabilities.

You will own end-to-end delivery, define target-state architecture, lead Splunk and Elastic initiatives, onboard log sources, and develop detection use cases and SOC playbooks while coordinating with ITSM and threat intelligence teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in SIEM engineering or security operations.
• Proven enterprise SIEM/SOAR implementation experience.
• Deep understanding of log pipelines and alerting.
• Experience with threat hunting and SOC workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end SIEM/SOAR delivery from design to handover.
• Define target-state SIEM/SOAR architecture and data flows.
• Lead Splunk and Elastic implementation activities.
• Develop detection use cases and SOC playbooks.
• Oversee log source onboarding and ITSM integration.
