Job summary

e&s Trading in Canberra invites you to join our showroom sales team who help customers achieve dream kitchens, bathrooms and laundries with expert guidance and tailored solutions.

You will consult with customers, manage the journey from quotation to sale and installation, and build lasting relationships while staying current with product knowledge through ongoing training and support.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused and able to guide purchases.
• Identify opportunities and confidently drive sales outcomes.
• Experience in a customer-focused role in retail, real estate, automotive, travel, etc.
• Strong self-management: prioritise, multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented with great written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with computers and learning new systems.

Responsibilities

• Consult with customers to understand needs and recommend kitchen, bathroom and laundry solutions.
• Manage the customer journey end-to-end—from quotation to sale, delivery, installation and follow-up.
• Build and maintain exceptional customer relationships to create customers for life.
• Stay up to date with product knowledge through training and support.
• Contribute to a positive, high-performing team environment and have some fun.
