Job summary

Bedrock Workforce is seeking experienced Shotcrete Operators for civil construction across Sydney. If you’re confident shaping and finishing sprayed concrete, you can keep up with a working crew and take pride in the result, we want to hear from you.

You’ll be shaping, trimming and finishing to profile, screeding edges and other difficult areas, working with sprayers for a consistent finish, and keeping tools and the site area well organised. Civil project experience is highly regarded.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience finishing shotcrete.
• Construction White Card is required.
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport.
• Ability to manage physical demands of site work.
• Willingness to work as part of a team.
