Job summary

PYBAR Mining Services Pty Ltd. is seeking an experienced Shotcrete Operator to join the underground mining team in Rosebery, Tasmania. The role requires demonstrated experience in underground shotcrete positions and generic qualifications for mining operations.

The roster offers 7:7 DIDO/Residential or FIFO options with accommodation, travel allowance and meal allowance. The successful candidate will bring a proven background in underground shotcrete, strong communication, and a safety-first

Qualifications

• Experience as a Shotcrete Operator in underground mining environments.
• Strong focus on safety and safe work practices.
• Clear communication, both written and verbal, with the team.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a demanding underground setting.
• Hold a current Australian Drivers License; willing to obtain a Police Clearance.

The services we provide range from mine development, production, cable bolting and drilling, raise boring, shotcreting and fleet.

THE OPPORTUNITY

PYBAR are seeking experienced Shotcrete Operator to join our growing team at Rosebery, Tasmania.

To be considered for this role you will need to demonstrate current or recent experience in an underground shotcrete position and a number of years' experience working on a variety of underground mining equipment.

This is a full-time position on a 7:7 DIDO/Residential or FIFO roster with accommodation, a travel allowance and a meal allowance provided.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED

• Previous experience working as a Shotcrete Operator


• Extensive experience working in underground mining


• All valid and relevant qualifications certificates and licences (RPL's)


• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)


• A positive can-do attitude with the ability to work as part of a team


• A strong focus on safety


• Hold a current Australian Drivers License


• Hold or be willing to obtain a current National Police Clearance.
