Job summary

Red Rooster Yeppoon is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead daily operations, uphold brand standards, and deliver fast, friendly service in a busy dining environment.

You will coach team members, manage on-shift tasks, ensure food safety, handle peak periods, and help maintain a clean, welcoming restaurant that makes customers smile. This role offers casual, part-time or full-time arrangements with leadership development.

As a Shift Supervisor you will be responsible for managing the operations on shift to our high brand, customer promise, quality and safety standards. You will lead people, through coaching and support, to prepare and serve delicious food and create memorable customer experiences through every interaction. You will maintain a positive culture and a well presented, clean and safe restaurant whilst utilising your strong time management and multi-tasking skills during the peak periods in the restaurant by also getting involved in food preparation and service.
