Job summary

Oporto is seeking a Shift Supervisor in Sydney to lead a team and deliver our flame grilled chicken experience. You will coach staff, maintain brand standards, and drive safe, high-quality customer experiences during busy shifts in a fast-paced setting.

The role focuses on motivating the team, achieving sales targets, and ensuring exceptional service while upholding food safety and company policies. Casual/Part-Time contract available, on-site with flexible hours.

As a Shift Supervisor you will be responsible for the successful leadership of a team to deliver overall brand standards and results. You will motivate, coach, and support your team to drive feel-good customer experiences, deliver delicious safe food, drive sales, and maximise profit all whilst maintaining the overall safety of the team and customers. You will use your time management and communication skills together with your can-do attitude to ensure all tasks are completed to best in class standards and that our customers are always our top priority.
