Job summary

Red Rooster is seeking a Shift Supervisor to manage on-shift operations, uphold our high brand standards, and ensure top-notch service for every guest. You will lead and coach the crew to deliver consistent quality and safety while maintaining a welcoming, upbeat environment.

You’ll stay hands-on during peak times, taking pride in food preparation and service, and helping the team thrive in a fast-paced setting.

• Experience leading a team in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Ability to coach and develop crew members to deliver great service.

As a Shift Supervisor you will be responsible for managing the operations on shift to our high brand, customer promise, quality and safety standards. You will lead people, through coaching and support, to prepare and serve delicious food and create memorable customer experiences through every interaction. You will maintain a positive culture and a well presented, clean and safe restaurant whilst utilising your strong time management and multi-tasking skills during the peak periods in the restaurant by also getting involved in food preparation and service.
