• Oversee restaurant operations on shift to ensure brand standards.
• Lead and coach the crew to deliver great customer experiences.
• Maintain food safety, quality and presentation.
• Manage peak periods with strong time management and multitasking.
• Keep the restaurant clean, well presented and inviting.
