Red Rooster in New South Wales is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead on-shift operations, uphold our brand promise, and ensure safety and quality across every service. You will guide the crew, coach performance, and maintain a positive, efficient dining environment.

As part of Craveable Brands, you’ll help deliver craveable experiences, manage peak times, and contribute to a clean, well-presented restaurant while supporting food preparation and service.

We are looking for shift supervisors right now!

As a Shift Supervisor you will be responsible for managing the operations on shift to our high brand, customer promise, quality and safety standards. You will lead people, through coaching and support, to prepare and serve delicious food and create memorable customer experiences through every interaction. You will maintain a positive culture and a well presented, clean and safe restaurant whilst utilising your strong time management and multi-tasking skills during the peak periods in the restaurant by also getting involved in food preparation and service.
