Job summary

Oporto is seeking Shift Supervisors in Queensland. This role can be casual, part-time or full-time with from 20 hours per week. You will lead a team to uphold brand standards, motivate and coach staff, and ensure memorable guest experiences while serving delicious flame-grilled chicken.

The ideal candidate has hospitality supervision experience, thrives in a fast-paced setting, and places customer satisfaction and food safety at the core of daily operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years hospitality supervision experience.

Responsibilities

• As a Shift Supervisor you will be responsible for the successful leadership of a team to deliver overall brand standards and results. You will motivate, coach, and support your team to drive feel-good customer experiences, deliver delicious safe food, drive sales, and maximise profit all whilst maintaining the overall safety of the team and customers.
• You will use your time management and communication skills together with your can-do attitude to ensure all tasks are completed to best in class standards and that our customers are always our top priority.
• As a shift supervisor you will be an expert multi-tasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will demonstrate a real knack for leading, inspiring and supporting the team to be at their best every shift and be a champion for the customer.
