A leading global snack company in South Australia is seeking a Shift Leader to oversee end-to-end operations in manufacturing. You will lead a diverse team, drive safety, quality, and efficiency metrics while promoting a positive workplace culture. The ideal candidate has FMCG experience and strong leadership skills. The role offers a base rate of $48.10 per hour, structured across rotating shifts.
In this leadership role, you are an internal technical master at the line level who ensures the line team is performing at a level that sustains and improves business results on one or more of 6 stars model. You model priority setting, manage the plan-do-check- adjust cycle and provide coaching and training for your team.
As a Shift Leader you will be responsible for leading the safe and efficient end to end operations of Philadelphia manufacture, supporting the delivery of Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Sustainability and Engagement metrics in our dynamic FMCG team.
