Job summary

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a position requiring constant interacting with and fulfilling customer requests.
• At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to others and coordinating two or more employees.
• Ability to direct the work of others and uphold store standards.
• Strong communication and customer service skills in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead with craft and heart to ensure high-quality beverages and foods.
• Direct and coordinate staff across shifts to maintain service levels.
• Ensure cash handling, safety, and store policies are followed.
• Foster a welcoming, team-oriented store atmosphere for customers and partners.
