Sheet Metal Workers

WorkPac require Sheet Metal trades for a local workshop in the Northern suburbs of Adelaide.

Casual position

Monday-Friday

Potential of on site work

$ per hour + penalties

Trade Certificate required

About Our Client

Our client is seeking suitably experienced and motivated sheet metal trades for casual positions in the Northern suburbs. You will be part of a high performing team with opportunities for personal development and growth.

As an experienced sheet metal worker, you can be from any background as long as you are reliable, have strong ability with fabrication and welding, are safety conscious, punctual and physically fit.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Fabrication of sheet metal products for construction works
  • Sheet metal welding
  • Operating sheet metal machinery
  • Ensuring all work is performed in accordance to supplied drawings, schedules, guidelines and criteria
  • Demonstrate adherence to planned work and the required quality output

The successful applicants will work Monday to Friday and have the opportunity to complete overtime hours and Saturday work.

What You Will Need
  • Current drivers licence
  • White Card
  • Machinery skills
  • Strong ability to weld using MIG - minimum requirement
  • Trade Certificate required
  • Ability to follow CAD plans
  • Strong knowledge of MIG and ARC welding requirements
  • Substantial & demonstrated skills in working within a collaborative, highly skilled work environment
  • Sound level of skills in oral, written and interpersonal communication
