Sharetea Australia Sunbury is hiring Team Members to join our Sunbury store in NSW. You will serve customers, prepare our world-renowned bubble tea, and maintain a clean, welcoming environment for guests.
We value a friendly personality, reliability, and a passion for great tasting drinks. Full-time, part-time and casual opportunities with rotating shifts are available, with comprehensive training and supportive team culture.
Qualifications
- Experience preferred – customer service mindset is valued.
- Available to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Must be reliable and able to maintain high food safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Serve customers and provide a memorable experience.
- Prepare and assemble drinks with pride and accuracy.
- Keep the workspace clean, tidy and welcoming for guests.
- Assist with tea brewing and toppings preparation to high standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and adhere to food safety policies.

We are seeking team members to join Sharetea Northland. A typical day in the life of a Sharetea team member will include:

- Serving customers and providing a memorable customer experience – we want your personality to shine through
- Making our world renown drinks – with pride and passion
- Taking pride in your surroundings – keeping things clean, tidy and ready to welcome our guests
- Preparation is key – our ingredients are prepared fresh and are of the highest quality! You'll need to be prepared to regularly brew tea, cook our signature toppings and of course make sure they all meet the highest standards
- Cleanliness is next to....everything – we are committed to excellence. This includes our commitment to food safety, so everyday cleaning is a must do

- Experience preferred – if you have a customer service mindset, are confident, a great communicator and can demonstrate your love of bubble tea, we want to hear from you!
- You'll be available to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends
