What you’ll be doing:

Oversee Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Costings, and Payroll functions, including the day‑to‑day management of offshore staff and queries.

Take the lead on process improvement initiatives across all shared services functions.

Embed and track controls, SLAs, and KPIs to ensure performance and accountability across the offshore team.

Prepare balance sheet reconciliations as required.

Collaborate with finance leadership to support ongoing transformation and operational excellence.

Strong technical accounting background with experience across AP/AR/Payroll.
