Job summary

CPB Contractors is seeking an experienced Services Manager to join our Cairns team, supporting the delivery of a major construction project. You will oversee Early Works Services investigations, coordinate onboarding of D&C Services trades, and manage design and site quality while implementing site permit procedures.

Based in Cairns or willing to be local, you should have proven contract administration or quantity surveying experience and a track record on major construction projects.

Our minimum requirements for this role are:

• Cairns based or willing to be based locally
• Available for an immediate start
• Well-developed experience within a contract administration or quantity surveying capacity
• Experience working across major construction projects
