Job summary

D A Fire Group is seeking a competent Fire Service Technician in Sydney to test fire detection, evacuation, and auxiliary systems. The role emphasizes customer service, ownership, and accurate reporting using mobile apps and a company-issued device.

The ideal candidate will hold a White Card, a full unrestricted driver’s license, and preferably an electrical licence. You’ll receive training in fire equipment, potential qualifications, and opportunities for growth within the company.

Responsibilities

• Test Fire Detection & Evacuation Systems.
• Test Emergency and Exit light systems.
• Inspect hose reels.
• Test Fire Booster pumps (diesel and electric).
• Assess Passive Systems.
• Provide exceptional customer service during tasks.

Job description

Within your role you will be testing the following equipment:

• Fire Detection & Evacuation Systems
• Emergency and Exit light systems
• Hose reels
• Fire Booster pumps -- Diesel and electric
• Passive Systems

Qualifications & Experience:

• Ability to use smart phone and job reporting apps.
• Candidates with previous experience in a similar role will be highly regarded.
